Meet our Admission Counselor
I’m Lauren Watt, the admission counselor of the University of Iowa School of Music. I’m here to answer any questions you have about Iowa, connect you with faculty, coordinate a visit, and help you navigate the entire admission process.
Originally from Illinois, I found my home at the University of Iowa in 2012. I studied theatre arts with a focus in Stage Management and also completed the Arts Entrepreneurship Certificate. During my time at Iowa I was also part of the Camerata Choir before I graduated in 2016.
Before joining the School of Music, I was in the Undergraduate Admissions Office as an admission counselor for students of every major from all across the country. I’d love to tell you more about my experiences on this campus and connect you with students who can share their stories as well.
Let me help you find your home at the University of Iowa School of Music! Email or call today to set up your visit to our campus so you can see how we are composing futures.
