Creative Leadership: Intuition, Innovation, and the Art of Building What Doesn’t Yet Exist

In this interdisciplinary conversation, Grammy-nominated vibraphonist and entrepreneur Stefon Harris explores how artists approach innovation, risk, and leadership.

Drawing from his experiences as a performer, educator, and founder of Harmony Cloud, Harris shares how intuition, empathy, and experimentation drive breakthrough ideas. The session examines how principles from improvisational music—listening deeply, responding in real time, and embracing uncertainty—offer powerful lessons for entrepreneurs, leaders, and creators across disciplines.
