The M.A. audition should include a minimum of 30 minutes of solo piano repertoire, played by memory. The audition repertoire should consist of a minimum of three complete solo piano works, selected from at least three different historical periods of music. To be considered for a teaching assistantship, an audition in person on the campus of the University of Iowa is required. Uploaded video links of an unedited recent live performance including the above repertoire requirements may be submitted if a live audition is not feasible. However this will be for acceptance only. Upload the files to YouTube or other video file sharing sites; be sure the links do not expire and are accessible to our School. Please divide individual works and separate movements into individual links. Once uploaded the link(s) must be emailed to Ksenia Nosikova or Rene Lecuona.
