Eligibility 

Oboe and Bassoon High School Students 

Requirements 

Entrants will perform one work or movement of a solo piece with piano accompaniment with a duration not to exceed 10 minutes. Memorization is not required. The competition is open to the public. 

All contestants must perform with an accompanist. A professional accompanist will be provided at no cost, though you may choose to provide your own. If you have questions, please contact Professor David Cyzak or Professor Benjamin Coelho for assistance. 

Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded to both the oboe and bassoon categories: 

1st Prize: $150 + Certificate 

2nd Prize: $100 + Certificate 

3rd Prize: $75 + Certificate
