Caring Cadences is a music therapy-informed performance program designed to create accessible, interactive, and supportive musical experiences for individuals of all ages and abilities, with a particular focus on older adults living with dementia and their caregivers

Through collaborations between the University of Iowa School of Music, music therapy faculty, and the Dunn String Quartet, the project brought live chamber music performances directly into community-based settings such as care facilities, senior centers, and libraries.
