University of Iowa Community Music Lessons

The mission of the University of Iowa Community Music Lesson Program is to provide high-quality musical instruction for community members who want to begin or continue musical study. Private lessons are taught by University of Iowa faculty members and approved graduate and undergraduate music students.

All instructors are highly qualified teachers and performers who are supervised by The University of Iowa School of Music and who have undergone a criminal background check.

Full Semester

This registration includes 14 lessons from the start of the UI semester (Tuesday, Jan. 21) through the Friday before university finals week (Friday, May 8).  This registration form closed on Friday, January 24, 2020.

Pay as You Go

Register and pay for four lessons at a time.  This registration form will stay open the whole semester.
