Thomas L. Davis (1931 – 2011) was presented with a posthumous Lifetime Achievement in Education award at the Percussive Arts Society International Convention (PASIC), on November 13, 2025, in Indianapolis, IN.

The team's winning image is a compilation of MRI scans of Dr. Meyer's ear, vocal tract (the airspace in the throat - from the vocal folds to lips), skull, and the external surface of his head.
